I opened an account on the 10th of April 2013.
I then browsed through the store for a pair of shoes for my life partner.
There was a specific kind of shoe in the Bronx-range that was a size 8.
As I selected the box in the correct size, it was to my surprise that there was no shoes in the box.
The shoes were not on display, yet the empty box was on display as for it to be sold.
I asked for relevant help in the store, only to be told they don't know where the shoes are and they don't have other stock or something else to offer.
I asked if they can get stock in from the nearest Edgars store, and they advised me they don't know when and what stock is coming in, and they don't know if another store will be able to help them.
This is really pathetic to be honest.
The displays are a mess, and some of the boxes have shoes in, other don't and aren't on display either.
If I'm honestly going to get this service, I'll visit the store again - ONLY to cancel/close my account.
