To whom this may concern,
Today was the 5th time I went to the Incredible Connection Northgate branch just to renew my Connection Card (IC Account). Not being surprised, this lazy branch was yet again unsuccessful in issuing me a new card.
Excuses like "We can't get hold of anyone in the Call Center", to "The responsible person is on lunch" was the normal response I got...
Today I was kept in the branch for 30 MINUTES (still not sure why) and was told "Sorry, I can't find the other cards"...... I MEAN!!! are you doing there if you don't have any idea what is going on?
With all this, I would like someone to please contact me ASAP so I can close down this account. I WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME RUNNING AFTER INCREDIBLE CONNECTION.
