This is not the first time

I am not happy at all.this is not the first tiem that i get overcharged... i bought 2 kinder joy chocolates for my kids I paid R5.99 on Monday and today i was charged R7.99 LUCKILY I looked at my slip i showed the cashier the price displayed and not even an apoligy came my way... i was told to write on the slip overcharged and thats it... no amn this is not acceptable at all...
