I accrued "Thank U" points on my Edgars account from my purchases and used those "Thank U" points to make a purchase at CNA. CNA accepts the Edgars "Thank U" card as well as the loyalty points. After my purchase at CNA, an amount of R 16.74 was charged to my Edgars account which clearly was not offset against the loyalty points accrued. Payment of the R 16.74 was not made and Edgars subsequently listed me with the ITC for the R 16.74. The Edgars account currently has a zero balance on it.
