BLOCKED ACCOUNT - Incovenience and Humiliation

Last year December I had my old Edgars card replaced with the new "Thank you Card". For some reason the old card had a block on it. They had the block removed from the old and new card... so they stated. That very same day when i wanted to use the card the teller advised the card is blocked I cannot use it. I left it and paid my goods with cash. In January 2013 I again went through the process of having the block removed, the same day I used the card and it was fine. On the 16th of February (2013) I stood in a queue for an hour to get to the till.. advised ONCE AGAIN that the card is blocked. They had it unblocked and advised that it won't happen again. Today I have gone through this same humiliation of standing in a long queue getting to the till and not being able to use my card as it is BLOCKED AGAIN. I am considering to close my account as this has been very inconvenient and humiliating over and over again.
