And we are still waiting!!!

I am at my wits end with Joshua Doore in Mossel Bay!! Actually I'm totally disgusted with Joshua Doore as a company itself. I have bought from them a Gomma Gomma lounge suite with an extra recliner chair in January 2013, this was paid for in cash. I had to wait till end February 2013 to receive this lounge suite, I received the recliner 2 weeks later, but this was brown instead of the black I ordered. It is now April 2013 and still NO RECLINER???
You can see my utter frustration with this, as the one recliner I did receive with the set, is now also coming loose at the seams!!!
You would not be happy with service and a product of this nature, but yet you expect me, your customer, to be happy. I choose to purchase from Joshua Doore because since November 2012 I have purchased from you, a Stove, A Refrigerator, Queen Size Bed, Double Bed, Dining Room Suite and chairs and all of this was paid cash!!!
I want to know what are you going to do about this situation as I am not compensated in any way for this???
I cannot render service or product like this to my customer as I maintain a high level of customer care!!!
