I called the store to ask if they had a specific cable. i am aware that this is a rare cable - thats why i called. the sales person i was put through to assured me that they had ample stock. i drove through to get the cable 20 minutes later.
When i got o the store i was told they don't have such a thing. i asked to see the manager to ask why i was told they had it if they didn't and he was completely remorseful. "who did you speak to? " he asked. how the should i know? "can you prove you called? show me your phone! " he said. what a tosser. no apologies for wasting my time - he just went straight for" its your fault".
as far as i am concerned "incredible" connection can get Incredibly . the only thing "incredible" about their store is how they stay in business.
