I have recently moved to Johannesburg and had to go through the expensive process of buying kitchen and household items. I bought a Russel Hobbs Kettle assuming it would be the best quality but I was proven wrong.

I no longer have the receipt but am devastated, more so by Russell Hobbs that a kettle could break after such a short length of time. I have had previous kettles which were supposedly of a much lower quality, which have lasted for a number of years (approximately 8-9 years).
This is really unacceptable and think you should reconsider stocking this brand.
