Going through the reports and being a customer it is very clear that Edgars don't care about customers and not all about service. I went to Edgars' Westgate this morning, and being a busy Saturday as expected where their must be 7 tills open only 2 were, true Edgars style!!!
I wanted to buy two shirts but as expected it was marked wrongly, the manager isn't equipped to help you, but hey that's how we work in Edgars and like the staffs attitude is if you don't like it go somewhere else.
well you lost my sale and like I saw today a few others as well.
