I bought a Safeway product from Clicks which stopped working after 6 months. I could not find the box or receipt and called the customer service centre to ask if there was any way I could return it, not expecting that they would be interested.
The customer service centre looked up my receipt for the product through my clicks cub card and told me I could contact the store and ask them to to get the receipt from them and then it was up to the store manager to decide if they would refund / swop the product. I called Clicks Brightwater and was helped by a very polite Tsepho. He replaced the product for me with without any problems. I am very impressed and would like to thank Clicks customer care and Tsepho from Brightwater for great customer service.
