I purchased an Amazon Kindle Graphite WiFi from Daddy's Deals at the early beginning of December 2012. Within their terms and conditions, Daddy's Deals promised A. to deliver the product within 7-14 working days and B. to deliver the product before Christmas - "all goods SHIPPED IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS". 14 days went past and I still had not recieved the product. Christmas went past and yet I still not recieve the product. The company then informed me that their supplier had no stock and promised to deliver my Kindle in the new year. The new year came and still I did not hear from Daddy's Deals. I decided to contact Daddy's Deals on the 7 January 2013. I also spoke to the supplier who informed me that "The stock is sitting at our offices waiting to be collected by DaddysDeals to deliver to all the voucher holders." Daddy's Deals eventually responded "All the kindles will be delivered before the end of this week". The week passed and I did not recieve the Kindle. I emailed Daddy's Deals twice yesterday asking where my product was and there was no response. Today I emailed again and finally got a response informing me that they are struggling to get stock. This is pathetic!
