Called Woolworths (westgate branch) wanted to know whether the items that are on the online store are instore as well.
1st lady i spoke to assisted me nicely, she then transferred me to the Womans Dept. Spoke to Iada, asked her if it was the womans department, she agreed. As soon as i informed her why i called, she all of a sudden mentions that she will get me someone that works in the Womans Dept. Sat on the phone for a good 10min waiting for someone to assist me with what i wanted. Still no Joy.
The service, cant believe i had to wait this long all because i wanted to ask if they have 2 items in stock.
