Terrible Service

I have taken my king size feather inner duvet for dry cleaning and said to the lady that I have the other half that still needs to be brought in. I was then told that it will be R160 x 2 instead of just paying R160 but when I get there I must ask for her and she will give me discount on it .. I was very happy to hear this as I thought she was really going out of her way for me. I have not received any sms saying that my duvet is ready so I just went to the shop and hoped for the best. I got there to find that my duvet was there (which I hadn't received a sms) when i had a look at it the duvet was still dirty but all wrapped up as if it was clean? Another lady which seems to be the manager or owner said 'oh well we will have to send it back' Nice, so I must be without a duvet for another week or so! I was then told by her that they do not do discounted prices and I will have to pay the full price x 2! I am annoyed at the fact of no interest to make me a happy customer and the fact that you send something for dry cleaning and it comes back just as dirty...
