I bought a bed in Price and Pride in Mthatha beginning of 2012 and then by July 2012 I paid the settlement amount in Pretoria. The lady who was helping me when I was buying a bed was very nice. To my surprise in December i saw on mytransunion that my name is still owing them, I went to the shop in Mthatha and the big daddy there said they update within seven days after settlement amount has been paid, so he said surely Im lying if say I have paid my account. They looked on their system and they saw that I have paid and they promised me that the problem will be fixed. Instead of fixing that they called me in March 2013 saying that Im owing them for 4 months. My name has a bad record because of them for something that I have paid in full last year July 2012.So I call them everyweek to send me my paid up letter and they always say they are sending the information to their head office. Every week I call them I meet different people of which some of them they say Im owing some they say that they can see that I have paid the settlement amount. I called even today and they said they are sending information to headoffice but I also called mytransunion to do this on my behalf as I am tired of thi
