Poor delivery service

I ordered 2 PS3 games from [URL Removed] right before the Easter Weekend. My payment of the goods went through on 28 March. On that same day I received an e-mail from kalahari which included my invoice. On the invoice it showed that my parcel had been dispatched on 28 March. The Easter weekend was from 29 March to 01 April. On 02 April the order status on my parcel still did not show that the parcel had been dispatched even though the invoice that I was sent stated otherwise. I contacted kalahari about this and they told me that my order would be dispatched on 03 April. This does not make any sense to me. Why wasn't my parcel dispatched on 02 April? The Easter Weekend was over by then. 02 April was not a public holiday. So on 03 April the status of my parcel finally showed "DISPATCHED". Then on 04 April I get a e-mail from kalahari telling me that my order had only been dispatched on 04 April. That same day I get another e-mail from them telling me there has been a delay in my order due to the Easter weekend and them moving to a new warehouse. This is unacceptable. The Easter weekend is long past. Why was my parcel only sent now? I'm done with kalahari for good. This service is bad.
