Unable to resolve Fica issues regarding accounts

Despite having handed in Fica documents to Edgars Centurion - have had my account blocked three times (last time was today) each time it entails sitting for 2 hours in admin office while they phone JHB/Cpt wherever to resolve issues. Promises are made that matter is resolved, screen prints given as assurance that it wont occur again - and what do you know it does! Staff dont know what to do claiming this is a major problem.
Branch manager and senior managers of the branch even though they are in the branch do not make any attempt to resolve issues, leaving it to the frontline who obviously dont know what to do. This time I left the branch in frustration and have thus have the problem still unresolved. Have lodged a complaint now with
EDCON customer care - not sure if it will help. all that remains I guess is to close the account.
