LAst year July 23 i bought a tv stand from Bears @ festival mall, sales man was Phillip and the manager is Marcia Mashapa. On the day of delivery, the stand was damaged and the knots where you put glasses were missing.
The following day i went back to the store and complain. Phillip told me that yes they had given me the displayed stand and they are going to order the new one up until today nothing has happened. I'"ve then took the matter to her boss Marcia and to my suprise she was aware of the situation and she then promised me to deliver the new one on that same week. I'm still waiting for the that day to come. I have been calling her every week, day, month all she does is to say " i will get back to you mam as soon as we have stock''
I'm sick of this nonsense, i am sooo disappointed at the service Bears as a whole has given to me and my family. Things like this should not happen as i am a customer and you guys get paid because of my loyalty in your store. This matter must be resolve or else i'm taking this matter up with my lawyers. 8 months have passed since this happened, today in the morning i called MArcia again she said she was going to get back
