I logged a complaint a couple of months ago about a mattress ordered and paid for but never delivered:

Response to last complaint was the standard (as expected):
"Please accept our sincere apology ..."
"Customer Care will contact you shortly with further feedback..."
It's now been two weeks since the last complaint (and more than 3 months after my order) with not a peep from Dial-A-Bed... these guys are useless!
