My harddrive broke after complianing on hallo peter i got a call and they were igor to help me know they have my harddrive for 9 working days and still no progress or feedback after i have phone them numerous times and gave them the repair collection slip number 0315/00005865
i just spoke to Suba and since she was on leave and handed my query to somone else nothing was done really this is bad service
the number i phoned was 0112136800 and 0112136856 and the people that picked up each time sad we'll phone back and still no call very "bad service"
