I am an unemployed single mother with a 3mnth old baby girl. I was using pampers nappies cause of the name and quality and when you daughter has a nappy on for less than an hour and the gel starts leaking, you know there is a problem. I thought it was just the 1 nappy, but after numerous changes, discovered it was all the nappies. I then called pampers to complain, but was told that it was a normal thing for the gel to leak. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? I then had to take my child to the ER at Red Cross Childrens Hospital to discover that my daughter has a bladder infection caused by the gel leakage in the nappy. When i then contacted Pampers again, i was told to get a doctors report to prove that. My thing is, how is it caused by another nappy when the only nappy i used was Pampers. I was then forced to buy nappy liners to cover the gel leakage. This is not right, for a "supposedly" excellent product like Pampers, there shouldn't be gel leaking from the nappy. I need something to be done regarding this matter or i'll be taking this matter further. I expect immediate response. Ruschka Isaacs
