I just need an explanation of how paid or unpaid debit orders are analysed by the Volksrust branch because I am tired of receiving calls telling me about unpaid debit orders when the debit order has gone through, I really don't appreciate it. this morning somebody calls me and tells me there are no funds on my account when the debit order has gone through, which is seriously uncalled for. If they don't debit on an incorrect date then they call me and tell me I have not paid. Very unprofessional, please sort this mess out, I am sick of it...
