APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

About a month ago I ordered Bushbaby Kettle Braai and Outdoor furniture from the Kimberely branch. When I came to follow up on the delivery, I had to search high and low for a shop assistant to assist me. when i explained I was waiting on furniture, your employee merely looked at me and said "the truck has not come". She made no effort to look at the computer, check my details or enquire about what I had ordered. I had to request her to check her computer and instruct her on how to do her job. When she finally checked it turned out my order had not been placed! I was also informed that if I wanted to get the patio set I would personally have to drive through to the warehouse to fetch it and assemble said patio furniture myself. Your staff are rude, unhelpful and have put me off purchasing further goods from House & Home. I expected an apology for the delay in ordering the furniture and perhaps House & Home could have attended to the assemble of the patio furniture free of charge considering that I have been messed around for a month. That would be an example of customer service. Instead your staff are nonchalant and shopping at House and home leaves a bad taste in your mouth!
