CAll Centre Agent Swearing On A Call (TRUWORTHS)

I John Martin, recieved a call on the 4th March 2013, at round about 14:20pm - 14:25pm, to my Cell Number which is 072 079 6022, from the number 021 460 2452.
It was a collection call and when i heard that she is calling from Truworths, ive never had a Truworths account, so the call info from the agent was wrong.
I was sworen at, by an agent and want something to be done about this ASAP.
To my understanding, Identity is Identity, not Truworths.

Listen into the call as i didnt even get a name from the agent after she swore about 5 times on this call.

I want a written apology from this agent and would like to know what steps are being taken with regards to CALL CENTRE AGENTS SWEARING at the customers that they deal With in your Call Centre.

Ive worked in call centre for 4 years, and this is a straight dismissal offence.
If i do not hear from you with in the next 48 hours, i'll for sure be taking this further.
