NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SATISFATION

Let me start by informing you that ive been in the customer care for 7 years, I deeply know what customer satisfaction is, and how to please and make a customer happy beyond process and procedure.
Im greatly appalled and disappointed with the service I received from your PicknPay clothing store in West Gate Mall. Ive been looking for the Wellington Boots for my child the once that have a warmer inside, I went to your PicknPay food they were not available, then went to PicknPay clothing store I was assisted by Dikeledi Motale who went up and down looking for sizes and size 6 was not available, the cost of this boots is R69 with warmer, I was told about Barbie Wellington boots but they don't have a warmer and the cost is R99, i asked if I can buy the warmer separately and was told NO. I went to speak to the store manager who showed no INTEREST IN ME. I told her my problem but she simply told me THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO, asked her if she can then check if they have sizes in other store so that I won't have to travel for nothing, she said I must go to Killarney but she doesn't know if they have size because she didn't check.
