Long story short, I won a competition with Media24 (TV Plus). They lost my prize, now I could go and buy the prize myself as I really want it. Media24 instead gives me [URL Removed] Gift Vouchers to the value of my prize. Neither Media24 or [URL Removed] want to cash the Vouchers out for me. Oh no, I am forced to buy goods from [URL Removed] goods that I'm not really interested in, as their range is far too small, I swear that Pick and Pay Hyper stocks more items.
They will not even buy the watch that I want, "because it will their suppliers off".
So I can't cash my Vouchers, I can't get my watch, [URL Removed] are so stuck up about their policies it hurts my., everything about the entire scenario is made to be my problem
