Targus laptop backpack - swapout - no arguments!

I purchased a Targus 17" laptop back-pack approx 3 years ago from Targus' reseller, Incredible Connection (Cresta Branch).
One of the straps on the backpack failed.
I walked into Incredible expecting to have to purchase an completely new laptop back-pack.
Instead, the Incredible Connection staff-member contacted the relevant Targus sales-rep and arranged for the bag to be swapped out for a brand new new bag, in under 10 mins of my walking into Incredible Connection.
Brilliant service... beyond what I had expected!
