Logged a query on the website, had a response within 30 mins. Was given a service callout reference number. Technician phoned me the next day to ascertain problem. Visited premises the following day to rectify the problem, unfortunately it was a faulty timer and no parts were available. As soon as part became available the technician contacted me and came and fitted the new part.
