I bought a scooter from a person called Mark Hodson, who claims to be the director of a company called SCOOTI, which i found on Gumtree Cape town. I have paid the deposit first based on the agreement that Mark (or the company) is going to do the repair needed on the scooter plus the registration and licensing, and the rest would be paid within 7 days on delivery. the 7 days turned to be 10, and of-course i was calling Mark Hudson and he always had a story and an excuse, and then when eventually he showed up, the scooter had no registration and no number plate, nothing and i found out that there are yet more things to be fixed. He promised he would do the necessary after the holiday and unfortunately i trusted him and gave him the balance of the money.
Mark Hodson disappeared, and i found out that whatever he was supposed to fix in the beginning he did not. And i have no papers for the scooter. At first he was answering his phone and replying to my SMS's and ofcourse with stories and stupid excuses and. I was fed up and i asked for a refund to which he agreed, but then he stopped answering his phone all together.
I have been robed and ripped off by Scooti, Mark Hodson.
