DONT BUY at Sunglasses Hut

I returned my broken sunglasses on 8th March and realized Sunglasses Hut never did the refund. After 8 calls to Amanda, 4 voicemail messages to her 3 calls and 1 voicemail to Paul the Financial manager, 1 call to the CEO PA, drove from 1 edgars to another, finally the refund was processed after 14 days. Paul e-mails me to say they will not take responsibility because gremlins does creep into the system from time to time! Have you ever read such responses! Oh and because I could only provide them with an Edgar's statement, that wasn't good enough! What a joke! Please guys, I will make it my mission to post every 5 days and remind people not to purchase from Sunglasses they a rip off and their staff are dumb. I just sent Paul's e-mail to our school list and have a few parents forwarding it on to their e-mail list. There's nothing like negative publicity, especially@private schools where there are so many business owners. I've also asked all my hellopeter friends to comment about the e-mail Paul sent me. Then of coz I sent it to the Ombudsman and to D Attorneys! He will choose his responses more carefully next time! Please don't support their store, go to Matrix!
