Unwanted top-up Contract

On the 16th of March 2013 @12:30pm, I received an sms which was informing me of a top-up airtime of R50 for R36 for 6-months which I ignored as I do not want any contracts of that sort, somebody may have opted 'yes' later on on that sms which I'm not sure who, these stupids then deactivated my bis service and got my prepaid number into this 'so-called' contract, I then approached Mtn who sent me to Nashua Mobile who then also referred me to a callcentre number which I later on discovered to be EDCON/Jet stores, I spoke to them on Monday and told them I do not want this contract 'cause I never opted for, the lady told me that she will send my details further and I should be getting feedback within 24hrs, I still haven't got any... I then contacted EDCON again today, pathetic service I received when I was told that I am unfortunate that my number cannot be changed back to prepaid, I mean I do not want this contract that I'm being forced to take, I have 2-contracts already..I DON'T WANT THEIR STUPID CONTRACT AND I WANT MY NUMBER BACK TO PREPAID
