Credit profile history not updated

I had an account with edgars which was settled in full. I raised previous complaints to have my profile updated at all 3 credit beaureas. After numerous followups and request to urgently update my profile as paid in full eventually this was done but this account still shows negative info on my payment profile at the beaureas, I paid edgars each mnth and don't understand why there is a negative payment history. I urgently need this payments history removed and updated at all 3 beaureas asap, as this is affecting my application for vehicle finance and a bond.

This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b(c) Please send written confirmation that you have complied.

I opened a new account with edgars and I'm still paying my accounts on time but if this is the case of what they think of their customers I'll surely close this account..

I am using certified mail to ensure that you receive this letter and expect a prompt response.
