I bought a tube of Colgate Fluoride Toothpaste in February. I used it in the morning and by the time I got to work had blisters forming inside my lower lip. I could not eat or drink anything as it was so sore and sensitive. I left it for a few days and tried the toothpaste again and the same thing happened. I tried calling the call share number on the packaging and have left numerous messages - NO RESPONSE. I sent emails - NO RESPONSE. I added a read receipt to my emails and I get the response so my emails have been read yet Colgate feels that my problems are not worth them acknowledging. I am bitterly disappointed in the lack of customer services from such a BIG company and by seeing some of the complaints in HELLO PETER this seems to be the norm from Colgate. I have since changed my toothpaste and am very happy but my views for Colgate have and always will be of poor standards going forward.
