FAULTY MATTRESS

I PURCHASED A MATTRESS ON THE 11/2/11 AND AFTER ABOUT A YEAR THE SEAMS ON THE ONE SIDE (STITCHING) STARTED COMING LOOSE. I IMMEDIATELY PHONED THE BRANCH DIAL-A-BED WHERE I PURCHASED THE MATTRESS. THEY SAID I MUST PHONE THE CALL CENTRE - 086 1300 152. THEY TOOK MY COMPLAINT AND SENT OUT AN INSPECTOR WHO REVERTED BACK SAYING IT WAS WEAR & TEAR. I DISAGREED AND SAID NO WAYS IS A YEAR OLD MATTRESS WEAR & TEAR AND THAT ANOTHER INSPECTOR MUST COME AND LOOK. THEY AGREED AND HENCE MY STORY HEREWITH!!
I NEVER RECORDED ALL THE TIMES I HAVE BEEN PHONING THEM BUT THEY DO HAVE VOICE RECORDINGS!! I HAVE SPOKEN TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE AND THE MANAGER (CHARMAINE) AND NOW FRANCIOUS THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER.011 436 1444. I EXPLAINED TO FRANCIOUS THAT THERE IS NO WAYS THAT MY MATTRESS IS WEAR & TEAR BECAUSE ONE CAN CLEARLY SEE HOW NEW IT STILL IS .THEY SAID THEY WOULD RE-EVALUATE AND TO DATE IM STILL PHONING AND WAITING. I WENT TO OTHER DIAL-A-BED STORES TO SHOW THEM MY COMPLAINT AND ALL HAVE BEEN IN AGREEMENT THAT WITHOUT QUESTION MY MATTRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. AS TIME IS GOING ON THE DAMAGE IS GETTING WORSE. THEY JUST SEEM TO IGNORE MY REQUESTS AND PLEA AND IM TIRED OF PHONING.
