We reported our washing machine last year July to Ellerines and they only come and collect it in October 2013. The machine had a problem with the spin. The machine is appearntly with Bargain Traders for repairs. According to them the machine is fix and neet to be paid by Ellerines. The machine is still under warrenty. We stop paying the installments as we don't have the service of the machine. I am so desperate now as African bank call me on a daily process, but how can we pay for something that we have to wait for months now. I spoke to the manager several times, but with no luck.
