APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE MANAGER!!!

I went into PEP with a shopping plastic. Instead of the store supervisor (Ntengu) informing me to put my parcel at the parcel counter he rudely informed me that I was not supposed to be in the store with a shopping bag. When I asked him why he was being rude and using such a tone when speaking to me, he again responded rudely that I wasn't following store rules. My argument with him then was why was he speaking to me in that manner. I was extremely disappointed. I asked for the manager then he told me he was the store supervisor and should I want the head office's number the teller would provide me with them. Giving me the impression that because he was the store manager/supervisor he could behave in anyway possible.

Does being a Pep manager mean that he could speak to customers in any manner?? Unacceptable!!

I encourage you to pull footage as he called me crazy and told me to LEAVE the store. He told me to leave the store. A fellow customer even had to step in to tell him he was out of line. I've never experienced such behavior, lack of respect and lack of decorum from someone who's supposed to be serving customers who put food on his and his family's plate.
