We ordered 60 cocktail hamburger and 60 cocktail hotdog rolls, for Saturday morning 9:30 on 9 March. When we got there is was not done and after an hour when we received the rolls only the hamburger rolls was made. There was no senior management at the branch and incompenent Percy was left in charge. They did not try to sort out the problem or give us an alternative we went to a Pick 'n Pay and we were helped!
We spoke to the Branch manager over the phone, he said they will investigate and get back to us on the matter and we still have not received any feedback!
