On the 21st Dec 2012, when I was making a payment, it came to my attention that my account balance was high, upon enquiry I was advised that a purchase for the amount of R7, 615.90 was made on the 15th Dec 2012.I explained that I did not make that purchase and was advised of all documents required for them to investigate this purchase. On the next day (22 Dec 12) I submitted all the required documents at the Clearwater mall branch. End of January 2013 I received a call from collections asking me to pay amount due and explained to them that my account balance is under investigation and will make a paymet of outstanding amount excl. purchase. On the 9th Feb made a payment of R312.87 which was balance owing excl. purchase. I contacted the Foschini forensics dept and was advised that they have60 days to look into the matter & get back to me. In the meantime I have to deal with phone calls and sms's from collections demanding that i pay outstanding amount. This is a problem for me as I will be blacklisted while forensics take their time to investigate. I am not happy with the way this matter is handled, in all the years I'v had an account with Foschini i never defaulted on my acc
