About eight months ago we logged a complaint regarding one of our couches which leg broke. Since then ive been struggeling with this issue. After the complaint were logged they came to pick up our couch within 2 days. Thereafter we went every week to the store to find out whats the progress regarding the couch. Everytime when we phone or visit the store they gave us a different answer because the store manager and sales agent are not corresponding with each other, everyone has got a different story regarding the couch. In those 7 months there were about 3 store managers which was appointed, just as the one understand whats going on he resignes and another gets appointed. Never the less the problem were still not resolved. In december we again went to the store, really fed up with the poor service were receiving, just imagin you have to wait almost 5 months for your coach.By the 17th they returned our coach, you wont believe the state the coach was in, it was scratched and dirty and all the nuts of the feet were still loose, i mean thats the reason the coach went in for repairs and they sent it back looking like this.
