I saw a SONY 46" LED TV on a competitor's site for R6145.Since Game was mor "reputable", I askd 2 beat the price. They guarantee "Found it cheaper? We beat any price". This is a as I was told they cant beat it. I told the guy, Pierre I can get it cheaper&showed him the ad. He foned &confirmd it 2 be R6499 less 20% ie R5200.Now after confirmation, he goes back on Game's guarantee&says they'll only beat the R6499.I explaind, I wont be payin R6499 but rather less 20%, which comes to R5200&since I found it cheaper, they"beat any price". He was unhelpful, so I called the manager Noel Mabaso. Again, I explained I found it cheaper, which is R5200.Game's guarantee is to beat the price"any price". Still not understandin, Noel calls the Snr Manager, Mr Maharaj. This guy didn't even address me but sent another manager like Noel. Not sure how he'd help but I still spoke to Vikesh Ramlakan. Aft some talks&calls, he got a price of R6143.99 but said they cant beat that price, which contradicts their guarantee of "we beat any price". It was at this point I left but advised him to keep the details as I was goin to follow up. I didnt get my TV 2day but others should know how service has dropped since Massmart.
