I don't understand why Zando would advertise that they deliver within 5/6 working days when actually that is not true. I am seriously upset with the service I got from them, the promises that I will get my shoes by a certain date but that never happened, waited for my shoes for 2 weeks. I cancelled my order and will not be buying from Zando ever again.
