Edgars Club Disgusting Service - Protection Plan

I am an Edgar's club card member and have a protection plan. I got retrenched. My last working day was the 31st Dec 12. I felt as ease knowing that my Edgars account will be settled. In Jan I went to Edgars and gave in all my forms that were required and filled the docs. They said the will contact me soon. I asked the people working there serval times if i need to pay my account in the meantime they told meNO they will contact me. Firstly I did not get a response from them in 3 weeks I had to call them they told me the notice letter was outstanding I e-mailed that to them. In Feb and March I did not hear anything from them I called e-mailed the letter again since then I have been receiving serveral sms's and calls saying my account is ovedue - "Please pay urgently in order to maintain your positive payment record. I was really upset called again and explained everything and e-mailed the letter again the person told me that everything is sorted out i should hear from them within 24 hrs i am still waiting. I paid the outstanding amount that was due i am scared i will be black listed which is quite a big amt for me to pay since i am unemployed. They even blocked my ACC.
