My postage refund disappered in thin ai

I placed an order on the 07th Feb 2012 and was told that I don't qualify for such credit as a first time buyer, then I stopped the whole process. Few weeks after I found goods delivered at my house while I was at work, I went up and down trying to return those goods because I was not expecting anything from Home-Choice. I finally made arrangements to post the package back and was promised a refund. I have complained more than twice about my refund and people kept saying they will look at the matter. I then ordered blankets on the 4th May 2012 and was expecting to see my refund reflecting somewhere in the statement but it never did. On the 20th March 2013 I asked for a statement from last year after I talked to Sandra who told me that I was refunded on the 14th May 2012. It was to my surprise to see that my postage refund paid for interest charges and service fees of goods I don't have! I mean something I was told I don't qualify for!!! Please people give me my postage money back as you promised before I posted those goods which were not mine!!!
