I had a horrible experience yesterday at the brickhill store as I was served by a rude and arrogant cashier who is an embarressmento shoprite. She has no manner of speaking to customers and when I asked for the manager she said "for what? For what? " In an obnoxious tone. Thank u 2 the assistant manager on duty who saved the day and was absolutely apologetic and understanding! I think her name was thando sibisi. Well done thando! Hlengiwe should be fired or sent for training
