Bad service at Pharmacy

I went to the Waterstone pharmacy to fullfill my daughters prescription. The pharmacist was rude and no generic was offered. We queried this and he said he has to fill it as per the prescription. On your website under the tab "saving" you note that you will be offered a generic to help you save. This does not happen. He also entered the script incorrectly and Discovery will not pay for the antibiotic. Which cost me R434.00. I also had to go back to get a printout as I was also not given this, so I can claim from Income tax. The antibiotic was also not filled and I had to go back to get the remaining tablets. The pharmacist who we spoke to confirmed a generic should have been offered. I logged a complaint on the Clicks website and am still waiting for feedback from the "Operational Management team". I have previously had bad experiences at this Clicks and avoided going there for months. Maybe its the management of the store, but the staff all seem to be very rude. I enjoy shopping at Clicks, but don't think that I will return to Waterstone again. Clearly there is a problem with this store.
