Terrible Service and Late Delivery

Round about the 15 of February 2013 I purchased a King Koil queen size bed at the Springfield store in Durban. I was moving to Sandton and i was told that there was stock and the bed would arrive on the 28th of February at my new place. It didnt... i waited on the day for the delivery, as it got later i phoned them and they told me they had no stock and that i would have to wait. pathetic service meant that i had to sleep on the floor... not even a courtesy call to let me know. i demanded a refund but they refused and on top of that I was told to go to the woodmead store at my expense and choose another bed for the same price... i only got the bed on the 10th of March after many nights of sleeping on the floor. i did not even get an apology from Furniture City... the worst part of it is that the people at Furniture City charge you R350 to deliver and you get it late. I spent hundreds on Petrol and airtime trying to sort this matter out. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE ELLERINES GROUP AGAIN. MONEY GRABBING AND NO SERVICE DELIVERY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, COMPENSATION OR SERVICE.
