I purchased a new Front loader washing machine and Tumble drier on the 14th Feb 2013. The washing machine spins wildly out of balance. To date I have only had promises of a technician coming out to Clarens to repair my machine. The Bloemfontein office of Defy transfer my calls from one to the next. Peet from Bloem office promises tomorrow (20March) a technician will be in Clarens to sort out the problem. My question who will get here first the guests arriving for the long weekend or Defy? I know I can rely on my guests to arrive.
