I purchased a new Defy side-by-side Fridge/Freezer for R 8000 about four years ago. In year three, brown spots appeared on the back inside the appliance. It turned out to be rust. The appliance is now failing to keep perishables cold. The rust is unsightly and leaves me ready to leave the brand permanently. Our last KIC fridge ran for 10 years without rusting.
I have logged this via. the Defy website and was informed that I would be contacted. Needless to say, I have not yet been contacted.
