I wrote a report in December 2012 on this PC I bought from incredible connection which I did return severally for a factory defect and nothing was done only to be told after the Warranty has expired that there is nothing they can do to help me. Incredible connection has assessed my computer and found there was really a defect with my PC but they will not repair it or refund me because it is not cost effective.
I find their response quite ridiculous.
Incredible connection be rest assured that this is not the end of this matter.
