On the 19Th. of December 2012 at 11:44:04/05 at The Glen Edgars my mother bought us 2 x gift cards that were suppose to have R400, 00 on each card only to find out that both cards only had R250, 00 put on each card by the cashier Anna Masondo. When we went to buy clothes etc. from Edgar's in east rand mall the cashier told us that one card had no money on it (as my wife purchased goods for R249, 95) was empty and the other one only had R250, 00 which a employee that has been trying to sort out the matter for us named Sydney got told buy head office gift card division that they only see that R250 was loaded on each card we have both cards and the initial purchase slips of the gift cards reflecting the amounts that are "suppose"to be on the cards and they are not, if Edgar's employees are customers money they should be find out and dealt with to the highest degree as this is, if the matter is not sorted out I will be going to Carte Blanche to get this syndicate found out and arrested if Edgar's them selves are not willing to get is resolved in house.
