Flies on cakes & rolls/Workers not wearing gloves

I walked into Checkers to the bakery to purchase rolls. To my shock I saw flies sitting on the cakes and rolls.
This is my second complain about the flies. I made a verbal complaint the last time.
I so much wanted to video the bakery section and expose it to the media and health inspectors.
I did not end up purchasing all what I intended to.
The next time I walk into Checkers and find the cakes... not covered properly, flies circling the bakery section... I will have to call in the media and health inspectors.
Secondly workers at the bakery are preparing the dough... without the use of gloves. This is totally unacceptable. When I did voluntary work at a food stall we wore plastic gloves and our hair was also covered.

Kindly ensure that the above issues are resolved as soon as possible.
